About

Do you struggle with gaining authority in meetings at work?

Do you have trouble negotiating at work?

Your communication and presentation skills impact your ability to gain authority, negotiate and work with colleagues. Gender literature has shown that men are more likely to dominate in business communication. For example, a 2017 study by Bloomberg found that of 155,000 conference calls, men spoke 92% of the time. Society may be slow to change, but that does not mean that you have to be.

This course integrates practical skills that you can use to be more effective in the workplace, thereby gaining respect in meetings at work and in the boardroom. We integrate acting techniques into a business environment that will give you an edge that most people in business don’t have.

While this course was originally developed for women, all genders are welcome to participate. Everyone should be able to have an equitable playing field in meetings and business.

Receive a certificate upon completion of this course to demonstrate your newfound knowledge and abilities and record of a RAD time working with a diverse group of committed and engaged business professionals.
